Returns/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mondeo Spares Ltd, please return the item(s) to Mondeo Spares Ltd within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

All products supplied from Mondeo Spares Ltd carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. We will offer either a full refund or exchange the item(s) in question (excluding delivery charges) within this time period providing the part returned is faulty or incorrect.
Items sent back or refunded in working condition will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee to cover administration and handling costs.
You will receive either a refund or an exchange of the item(s) once we have received the item(s) back to us in the original condition that we sent it, with all original documentation included. Please also state the reason for return with the documentation.
Please ensure that the method of delivery used to post items back to Mondeo Spares Ltd is insured to cover the value of the items returned - covering any damages, breakages and lost items. (We recommend recorded post).
We will only refund if the item is sent back to us in its original condition to how it was dispatched.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if goods are faulty or a mistake on our part has been made. This will be at our own discretion however, and we reserve the right to decide to decline a refund at any time.
